1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and pluang88 ("pluang88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at pluang88.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and account features offered through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
3. You hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or under alternative identities, are strictly prohibited.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by pluang88 for a material breach of these Terms.
5. You are not subject to an active self-exclusion period on the Platform.
6. You are not a current employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pluang88 or its affiliated service providers, unless a specific written exemption has been granted.

pluang88 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time, including during registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or following any account activity that raises reasonable verification concerns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of the Account and retention of associated funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes. pluang88 bears no responsibility for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the member.

4.2 Account credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. pluang88 will treat any instruction or transaction originating from your credentials as having been made by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access prior to that instruction being processed. You are responsible for all activity on your Account, including wagers and withdrawals initiated using your credentials.

4.3 Suspected unauthorised access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pluang88 support immediately via live chat. pluang88 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account to prevent further unauthorised use pending resolution.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted payment methods

pluang88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as select cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The available methods are subject to periodic update without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit currency

All deposits to the Platform must be made in MYR. Where a cryptocurrency deposit is made, pluang88 will apply a conversion rate to credit an MYR equivalent balance at the time the transaction is confirmed. pluang88 does not guarantee any particular conversion rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate movements.

5.3 Minimum deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless a specific promotional or product page states otherwise. pluang88 may impose maximum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods.

5.4 Source of funds

You confirm that all funds deposited are derived from legitimate personal income or savings and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party payment instruments, corporate accounts, or any source connected to unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal eligibility

A withdrawal may only be requested once any applicable wagering requirements on your Account have been fully satisfied. pluang88 processes withdrawal requests to the same or equivalent payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.

6.2 KYC verification prior to withdrawal

pluang88 reserves the right to require KYC verification before approving any withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

6.3 Processing times

Indicative processing times are as follows and represent typical outcomes rather than guarantees: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) generally complete within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes; and conventional bank wire transfers typically complete within 15–60 minutes. Actual processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, scheduled bank maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal limits

pluang88 applies minimum and maximum withdrawal limits that may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. VIP members may be subject to elevated limits as per their individual account terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General

All bonuses and promotions offered by pluang88 are subject to individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail only to the extent of that specific conflict.

7.2 Wagering requirements

Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit and bonus amount as specified per promotion. Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is met within the applicable expiry window.

7.3 Maximum bet during active bonus

While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum individual bet per round or event is MYR 250 unless a specific promotion states a different limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus may render the bonus and all bonus-derived winnings void.

7.4 Game contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms.

7.5 Bonus abuse

pluang88 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including placing low-risk or hedged bets for the sole purpose of satisfying wagering requirements. Where such patterns are detected, pluang88 reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and, in cases of systematic or deliberate abuse, terminate the Account.

7.6 Crypto deposit bonus

A recurring percentage bonus is available on cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT). This bonus is calculated on the MYR equivalent value of each qualifying deposit at the time of confirmation and is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion page.

8. Gameplay & Fair Use

8.1 Game integrity

All games made available through the Platform are operated using certified random number generation technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by professionally trained dealers in licensed studio environments. pluang88 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members.

8.2 Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance without prior notice:

• Collusion with other members to exploit game mechanics, promotions, or odds.
• Any act of fraud, manipulation, money laundering, or exploitation of a software error or vulnerability in a game or the Platform.

8.3 Errors and technical malfunctions

pluang88 reserves the right to void any wager or transaction that results from a manifest error, technical malfunction, or software fault that has produced an unintended outcome. pluang88 will communicate with affected members as soon as practicable and will endeavour to restore the account to a fair pre-error position.

9. Responsible Gambling

9.1 Age restriction

The Platform is strictly accessible to persons aged 21 years and above. pluang88 actively verifies member ages as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed and any remaining balance forfeited or returned to the deposit source at pluang88's discretion.

9.2 Self-exclusion

Members may request a voluntary self-exclusion period at any time by contacting pluang88 support through live chat. Self-exclusion can be applied for defined periods of 30, 90, or 180 days, or as a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, pluang88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded member from accessing or creating an account on the Platform.

9.3 Deposit limits

Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings panel. Increases to an existing deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions are applied immediately.

10. Suspension & Termination

pluang88 may suspend or terminate your Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable time.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Discovery that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward pluang88 staff or other members.

In the event of termination for material breach, pluang88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method within a reasonable period following account closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, are the intellectual property of pluang88 or its licensed content suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted without the prior written consent of pluang88.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Platform for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, systematic data extraction, or creation of derivative works from Platform content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pluang88 shall not be liable to any member for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to access, the Platform.

pluang88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may periodically affect availability. pluang88 shall not be liable for any loss of wagers, missed opportunities, or other direct or indirect losses arising from Platform downtime.

The aggregate liability of pluang88 to any individual member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

13. Amendments to Terms

pluang88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change and request closure of your Account if you wish to withdraw your remaining balance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to pluang88's internal dispute resolution process. If the matter cannot be resolved through that process, the parties agree to explore appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms in good faith.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Gambling activities are subject to local laws in each user's jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your location before accessing it.
